Thank you for visiting BearsToGo.com. We are happy to assist you with ordering from our company. The lead time for printing is 14 days. Blank items can be shipped the same or next business day.

Samples:  We provide samples.

Random printed samples:  We charge the 1,000 piece price.  You can order an animal with a specific shirt color.  We will locate a random printed shirt in that color.

Printed sample using your logo: We do make samples using your logo. We can take pictures of the sample for your approval or ship the sample to you.  There are no set-up charges for samples. Please contact the Sales Department if you would like us to make a spec sample. The lead-time for a spec sample is 7 days.

Order Procedure:  Following these steps will insure a smooth order process.

1.  Send us an email with your artwork and specifications. 

Please include:

Your name and company name
Billing and shipping addresses
Telephone number
Item number(s), shirt color preference(s) and quantity
Logo as attachment
Specify imprint color (red, white, blue or black)

You should provide any other information you feel is necessary.  Do you need an accessory?  Is this a rush order?

2.  We will respond with an invoice and/or questions if we have them. 

Our invoice will include your freight cost. The set-up charge is $25 per order. Terms are prepaid. We cannot start production until payment has arrived or other arrangements have been agreed upon.

3.  Send your payment so we can start production.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, check, direct deposit and wire transfer. To avoid the 3% bank fee for credit cards, most customers mail a check payment. The lead-time for production is 14 days. We ship from our warehouse in New York.

Order Information:

Pricing:  Prices change every February.  The pricing on the bottom of each catalog page includes the t-shirt or accessory with a one-color imprint. Our standard imprint colors are red, white, blue and black. You can exchange the t-shirt for another accessory.

Telephone orders:  We do not accept telephone orders. We need a printed record of your order. Please send us an email or fax with your order information.

Accessories:  Accessories with red pricing can be evenly exchanged for the t-shirt.  This includes items like vests, bandanas and hats.

Lead-time:  The lead-time for production is 10 -14 days. Accommodations can be made for rush orders.

Set-up charge:  $25.00 per order. This applies to reorders.

Freight:  Our warehouse is located in New York. We have relationships with UPS and FedEx. We can ship using either. Generally, we ship using UPS ground service. If you have a preference, please tell us.  We provide a freight quote with every order. It is more expensive to ship to a residence. Whenever possible, you should try to have your shipment delivered to a commercial address.

Canadian shipments:  We can ship using Purolator, UPS or FedEx.  We ship internationally using your account number.  The customer is responsible for all freight, duty and import fees.

Returns:  Since we sell personalized merchandise, we cannot returns.

Defectives:  We double-check every order before shipping. In the event you receive a defective item, please contact us within 10 days from the receipt of the shipment. After 10 days, we will be unable to replace the item.

Trademarks:  Logos and trademarks used in our catalog are for sample purposes only. We do not offer these logo bears for sale unless you have authorization from the trademark holder. We reserve the right to use our customer's logo samples for advertising purposes.

Privacy:  We respect your right to privacy. Your information is never shared with any other company or affiliate.
