Do you have a mascot or character that you would like to use to create a custom plush toy?  We create custom plush toys from your designs. We can create a stuffed mascot of your school mascot or corporate character. Send us images of your mascot to receive a free quotation. Corporations and schools use stuffed mascots as a promotional gift and for fundraising events. Sell or give away the stuffed mascots to promote your brand or sports team. We can use PMS colors as needed. You provide the details, we provide the stuffed mascot. All aspects of design can be specified. We will make a sample until you are happy.

Order procedure for custom mascots:

1.  Send us an email with your design specifications.  You should attach all artwork.  What is the height of the design? Should we use specific PMS colors during the manufacturing process?  Artwork and pictures are very helpful.  We suggest using a graphic artist to create an image of the design.  We would like to see images of the front, side and rear.  If you have any actual mascot costume, please take pictures of the costume from all sides.

It cost $100 to make a sample of your mascot. That amount is deducted from your order once placed. 

2.  We will create a sample and send you images for approval.  You can make whatever changes are necessary.  The sample can be shipped to you if needed. 

3.  Once you approve the sample, we will generate an invoice.  We cannot start production until your payment or approved P.O. has been received. 

4.  Custom designs are made in China and have a lead-time of 75 - 90 days.  This does not include Chinese holidays. We will bill you for the domestic shipping cost before the order arrives.

Payment terms for special orders:  Terms are 50% down when placing the order the remaining 50% is due 60 days later. Adherence to the payment terms will prevent delays in processing your order.

Shipping information:  After your order arrives to New York, we can then ship it to you.  We will ship using the least expensive means available. Please specify a shipping method or carrier if preferred.
